The Story
De Carnies zijn ontsnapt aan de tomeloze hebzucht van de circusdirecteur en nemen het heft in eigen hand.
Devano en Zazel werkten in het rondtrekkend Circus.
Op een nacht in 1866 klopte er een man aan bij hun circuswagen die hen voor altijd zou verlossen van alle ellende en dat zij tot het einde der tijden applaus van het publiek zouden krijgen, zoals hij zei.
Die morgen ontwaakten zij onder de grond als vampiers.
Verdwaasd door haat hebben zij in een nacht de lieden van het rondtrekkend carnival verslonden. Niets bleef meer over, de razernij was zo heftig dat zij zich niet enkel meer konden voeden met het circusvolk. Het terrein raakte leeg, de tenten vervielen door de elementen en deze vampiers zochten hun heil elders...
Eeuwen later komen deze hongerige wezens uit hun diepe slaap en dolen door de tuinen van het kasteel waar ooit hun circus haar laatste stop maakte, op zoek naar hun finale applaus..

The Story
The Carnies escaped the unbridled greed of the circus ringmaster and take matters into their own hands.
Devano and Zazel lived at a travelling circus.
Once upon a night in 1866 a man came at their wagon and told them that they would forever get rid of all miseries, and get applause from the audience for ever after, so he said. The following morning they awoke in the ground as vampires.
Dazed by hatred they consumed in one night the blood of all the carnivalartists. But they couldn't no longer just feed themselves with the circusartists. The site became empty, the circustents fell by the elements and the vampires sought refuge elsewhere...
More than a century later, these hungry creatures awake from their deep sleep and wander through the gardens of the castle where once their circus had her last stop and they are still in search for the last big applause...
